Italian food and territory

This showcase intertwines three stories that illustrate what makes Italian cuisine unique: the ability to exploit and interpret the territory's richness, and the genius of those who have transformed tradition into revolution.
A journey from south to north, from the Sicilian snow houses, which for hundreds of years have preserved ice and the secret of the ice-cream, to the refined culinary art of Gualtiero Marchesi, a Michelin-starred chef celebrated throughout the world, ending with the genius of Gianni Cosetti, a chef from Friuli, little known to the general public but considered by food critics to be one of the best Italian chefs ever.

Promoted by the Italian Cultural Institute in London, this showcase was conceived by Audiovisiva.
